Ginger-lime swordfish steaks

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsSwordfish steaks' 1" thick
1/4 cupLime juice
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tspFresh ginger, finely chopped
1/4 tspSalt
Ds Cayenne pepper
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Lime, cut in wedges
Procedures:
1Cut large fish steaks into pieces.
2Mix remaining ingredients in shallow glass dish.
3Place fish in dish; turn to coat with marinade.
4Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5Remove fish from marinade.
6Cover and grill about 4" from medium coals, 15-20 minutes, brushing 2-3 times with reserved marinade and turning once, until fish flakes with fork.
7Serve with lime wedges if desired
