Ingredients:

| lbs | Swordfish steaks' 1" thick | | 1/4
| cup | Lime juice | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| tsp | Fresh ginger, finely chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | Ds Cayenne pepper | | 1
| | Garlic clove, crushed | | 1
| | Lime, cut in wedges |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut large fish steaks into pieces. | | 2 | Mix remaining ingredients in shallow glass dish. | | 3 | Place fish in dish; turn to coat with marinade. | | 4 | Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. | | 5 | Remove fish from marinade. | | 6 | Cover and grill about 4" from medium coals, 15-20 minutes, brushing 2-3 times with reserved marinade and turning once, until fish flakes with fork. | | 7 | Serve with lime wedges if desired |
