Ingredients:
4 cupThinly sliced cabbage
1 cupShredded carrot
1 cupPineapple chunks
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
1/4 tspSalt
1/3 cupVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Place cabbage, carrots & pineapple into a large bowl.
2Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together till creamy or by drizzling the oil into the juices while in a blender.
3Thoroughly blend the dressing & the vegetables.
4Refrigerate or serve immediately.
