Ingredients:

| pack | (8-oz) cream cheese softened | | 1/4
| cup | Grated parmesan cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Prepared horseradish | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped stuffed olives | | 2 1/2
| oz | Dried beef |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese and horseradish. | | 2 | Stir in stuffed olives. | | 3 | On waxed paper, shape mixture in two 6 inch rolls, 1 ?inches in diameter. | | 4 | Wrap and chill several hours or overnight. | | 5 | Roll each log in finely snipped dried beef. | | 6 | Serve with crackers |
