Ingredients:

| cup | Whole natural almonds | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 5
| slice | Bacon, cooked and crumbled | | 1
| tbsp | Green onion, chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Dill weed | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Spread almonds in a single layer in shallow pan. | | 2 | Bake at 300°F, 15 minutes, stirring often, until almonds just begin to turn color. | | 3 | Combine cream cheese (let soften first) and mayonnaise; mix well. | | 4 | Add bacon, onion, dill and pepper; mix well. | | 5 | Cover and chill overnight. | | 6 | To serve, form cheese mixture into shapes of 2 pinecones on serving platter. | | 7 | Beginning at narrow end, press almonds at slight angle into cheese mixture in rows. | | 8 | Continue overlapping rows until all cheese is covered. | | 9 | Garnish with artificial pine sprigs. | | 10 | Serve with crackers. | | 11 | Makes 1 ?cups |
