Angelini grill bruschetta

Ingredients:
2 Ripe plum tomatoes
3 Leaves fresh basil
1 tspChopped fresh parsley
3 tbspExtra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Crusty italian rolls
1 clGarlic, cut in half
Procedures:
1Finely chop the tomatoes and basil.
2Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil.
3Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
4Cut the rolls in half.
5Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden.
6Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove.
7Top each piece with a portion of the tomato mixture and serve immediately
