Ingredients:

| | Ripe plum tomatoes | | 3
| | Leaves fresh basil | | 1
| tsp | Chopped fresh parsley | | 3
| tbsp | Extra-virgin olive oil | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 2
| | Crusty italian rolls | | 1
| cl | Garlic, cut in half |

Procedures:
| 1 | Finely chop the tomatoes and basil. | | 2 | Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil. | | 3 | Season with salt and pepper, to taste. | | 4 | Cut the rolls in half. | | 5 | Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden. | | 6 | Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove. | | 7 | Top each piece with a portion of the tomato mixture and serve immediately |
