Egg lemon soup with orzo

Ingredients:
4 cupChicken bouillon
Salt
1/2 cupOrzo
2 largeEgg, separated
1 Lemon lemon juice
1 tbspChopped parsley, fresh
Procedures:
1Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan.
2Add salt, then add orzo.
3Simmer until orzo is just tender, about 10 minutes.
4Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff.
5Add the yolks and beat well.
6Slowly add lemon juice to eggs, beating continuously.
7Pour off about 1 cup of the simmering broth and slowly add to the egg mixture while beating.
8When well mixed, pour this mixture into the pan with the remaining broth and orzo.
9Reduce heat to low and stir unitl heated through.
10Do not allow liquid to boil.
11Ladle into shallow bowls, sprinkle with parsley over each portion and serve at once
