Anchovy deviled eggs

Ingredients:
12 Eggs, hard-boil, peel, halve
-lengthwise
1/2 cupMayonnaise
2 tbspAnchovies, mince
1 tspDijon mustard
1 tspLemon juice
2 tbspParsley, mince
Salt and pepper
Capers
Procedures:
1Remove yolks from eggs and mash in bowl.
2Stir in mayonnaise, anchovies, mustard, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
3Place filling in pastry bag.
4Pipe filling into egg whites.
5Garnish with capers and remaining parsley.
6Cover and chill until serving time.
