2 medRadicchio heads
1/4 lbsProsciutto or Bresaola
- in thin strips
1 medCelery root, in thin sticks
1/4 lbsParmesan cheese, in wedges
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Procedures:
1Line individual salad bowls with radicchio leaves.
2Add equal portions of prosciutto and celery roots.
3Top with wedges of parmesan.
