| lbs | BRISKET | | 2
| tsp | GARLIC POWDER | | 1
| tsp | PEPPER | | 1
| tbsp | CELERY SEED | | 10 3/4
| oz | CREAM OF ????? SOUP | | | 1 ea LARGE ONION | | | 1 ea PAPRIKA AS NEEDED |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place brisket on a large piece of heavy duty foil. | | 2 | Season to taste with the pepper, garlic powder and celery seed. | | 3 | Spread with soup and top with inion slices. | | 4 | Wrap brisket tightly in the foil and refrigerate overnight. | | 5 | To bake let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. | | 6 | Place in baking pan and bake at 325 deg f. for 2 ?hours. | | 7 | Uncover and sprinkle with paprika. | | 8 | Return to oven and bake ?hour more. | | 9 | Slice thinly across the grain to serve |
