Ingredients:

| | 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese | | | Softened | | 4
| oz | 1 cup shredded cheddar | | | Cheese | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 3/4
| cup | Finely chopped dried apples | | 1/3
| cup | Finely chopped nuts | | 1
| | Bay leaf | | 1
| | Cinnamon stick, halved |

Procedures:
