Ingredients:
2 tbspVegetable oil, divided
3/4 lbsBoneless beef sirloin or
-top round steak, ?inch
-thick, sliced across the
-grain into thin strips
2 cupBroccoli flowerets
1 Medium onion
-cut into wedges
1 Clove garlic -OR-
1/8 ts garlic powder
1 canCream of Broccoli Soup
-Campbell's (10 ?oz can)
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspSoy sauce
4 cupHot cooked rice
Procedures:
1In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon oil; cook beef until browned, stirring often.
2Remove.
3Reduce heat to medium.
4In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp.
5Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
6Heat to boiling.
7Return beef to skillet.
8Heat through, stirring often.
9Serve over rice.
