| can | Cream of Broccoli Soup | | | -Campbell's (10 ?oz can) | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 4
| cup | Hot cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon oil; cook beef until browned, stirring often. | | 2 | Remove. | | 3 | Reduce heat to medium. | | 4 | In remaining oil cook broccoli and onion with garlic until tender-crisp. | | 5 | Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. | | 6 | Heat to boiling. | | 7 | Return beef to skillet. | | 8 | Heat through, stirring often. | | 9 | Serve over rice. | | 10 | Serves 4 |
