Procedures:
| 1 | From "the enchanted broccoli forest" by molle katzen. | | 2 | Salt to taste pepper to taste place vinegar, water, tofu and avocado in the jar of a blender - or a food processor fitted with the steel blade attachment. | | 3 | Puree until smooth. | | 4 | Transfer to a bowl. | | 5 | Coarsely grate or finely chop the hard-cooked eggs. | | 6 | Stir these, plus all remaining ingredients into the puree. | | 7 | Cover tightly and chill |
