Ingredients:
1 medEggplant
1 clGarlic, minced
1 tbspTahini
1/8 tspCumin, ground
Procedures:
1Preheat the broiler.
2Slic surface.
3Cool and peel the slices, then puree in a blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
4Chill and serve with vegetables.
