Ingredients:
10 lbsBaby back pork ribs, separatd
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
MUSTARD SAUCE
1 cupMustard-your choice
1/2 cupHoney
1 cupDry white wine (opt)or stock
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 300°F.
2Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tenter, about 1 hr.
3Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
4Yield: 10-2
