Ingredients:
| 3
| lbs | Baby new potatoes | | 2
| tbsp | Almond oil | | 2
| | Jalapeno peppers, seeded & | | | -- minced | | 2
| tbsp | Grated ginger | | 1/2
| cup | Powdered almonds* | | 2
| tbsp | Cilantro, minced | | | Salt & pepper | | | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Steam potatoes till just tender, about 15 minutes. | | 2 | Set them aside. | | 3 | Combine oil, peppers, ginger, almonds & cilantro in a large bowl. | | 4 | Add potatoes & toss till well coated. | | 5 | Season with salt & pepper & sprinkle with lemon juice. | | 6 | Spear potatoes with cocktail sticks; arrange on a platter. | | 7 | Serve hot, or keep warm in a 250f oven for up to 30 minutes. | | 8 | *to powder almonds, place blanched almonds in a food processor & pulese until they are reduced to a powder |
