| oz | Cream Cheese | | 2
| pack | Frozen Spinach | | 1
| pack | Lipton Onion Soup Mix | | | Breadcrumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter in a large frying pan. | | 2 | Add 2 packages of spinach. | | 3 | Break up and stir. | | 4 | Add cream cheese and onion soup mix. | | 5 | Stir well. | | 6 | Place in a casserole. | | 7 | Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 300°F for 45 minutes |
