Fillet of fish a l'orange

Ingredients:
6 Small chopped green onions
1 lbsFlounder
1/2 tspDried whole italian season
1/4 tspSoy sauce
1/4 cupOrange juice
1 Paprika
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tspSalt & pepper
2 tbspOlive oil
1/2 cupWhite wine
3 tbspCuracau liqueur
2 tbspMinced parsley
Procedures:
1Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
2Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and italiian seasoning.
3Add remaining onions and mushrooms.
4Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients, pour over vegetables and fish.
5Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until fish is opaque.
6Sprinkle with paprika and parsley
