Ingredients:

| | Small chopped green onions | | 1
| lbs | Flounder | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried whole italian season | | 1/4
| tsp | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 1
| | Paprika | | 1/2
| lbs | Fresh mushrooms, sliced | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt & pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1/2
| cup | White wine | | 3
| tbsp | Curacau liqueur | | 2
| tbsp | Minced parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Layer half of each of green onions and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch baking dish. | | 2 | Add fish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and italiian seasoning. | | 3 | Add remaining onions and mushrooms. | | 4 | Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients, pour over vegetables and fish. | | 5 | Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until fish is opaque. | | 6 | Sprinkle with paprika and parsley |
