Beef with celery & mushrooms

Ingredients:
1/4 lbsRound steak, sliced
2 tbspSoya sauce
1 tbspWine
Salt
1 smallOnion, sliced
3 Celery stalks, sliced
-diagonally
1 cupFresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbspWater
3 tbspOil
Procedures:
1Slice beef.
2Marinate in soya sauce, wine and salt.
3Slice celery, onion and mushrooms.
4Assemble other ingredients.
5Heat oil in wok to smoking point.
6Stir fry beef and onion in it for about 3 minutes.
7Remove beef and onion to a platter.
8Add celery, mushrooms and 3 tablespoons water to wok.
9Stir fry until mushrooms are wilted.
10Cover wok about 2 minutes.
11Add beef back to wok, stir fry all ingredients about 1 minute.
12Place all in platter.
13Note: if desired, a corn starch solution may be made to form gravy with this dish
