| cup | Chicken breast, cut in bite | | | Size pieces, about ? | | | -thick | | 1
| cup | Basil leaves, washed | | | -(Thai basils preferred) | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Fish sauce (Nam Pla) | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Cilantro leaves, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | (thai saute chicken with chilies and basils) note: meat used in this dish can be any kind. | | 2 | (shrimps, fish fillets, squids, pork or beef). | | 3 | Fry garlic and chilies in oil over medium heat until fragrant. | | 4 | Add chicken and cook until just about done (do not over cook the chicken). | | 5 | Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cilantro leaves, stir and heat through. | | 6 | Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and garnish with cilantro. | | 7 | Serve with cooked rice. | | 8 | Makes 2 servings |
