Ingredients:
1 tbspGarlic, minced
1 tbspRed and green chilies
-sliced (or to taste)
1/4 cupOil
1 cupChicken breast, cut in bite
Size pieces, about ?
-thick
1 cupBasil leaves, washed
-(Thai basils preferred)
1 1/2 tbspFish sauce (Nam Pla)
2 tspSugar
1 tbspCilantro leaves, chopped
Procedures:
1(thai saute chicken with chilies and basils) note: meat used in this dish can be any kind.
2(shrimps, fish fillets, squids, pork or beef).
3Fry garlic and chilies in oil over medium heat until fragrant.
4Add chicken and cook until just about done (do not over cook the chicken).
5Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cilantro leaves, stir and heat through.
6Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and garnish with cilantro.
7Serve with cooked rice.
8Makes 2 servings
