| cup | Cooking Sherry | | 2

Procedures:
| 1 | *dark deboned in chunks i divided recipe portions (above) to make it easier to pre-prepare. | | 2 | To make sauce, mix cornstarch and water together. | | 3 | Add garlic , ginger, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and wine. | | 4 | Then add broth and msg and stir "til sugar dissolves. | | 5 | Refrigerate "til needed. | | 6 | In separate bowl mix chicken, soy sauce and pepper. | | 7 | Stir in egg. | | 8 | Add cornstarch until chicken is coated evenly. | | 9 | Add oil to help separate chicken pieces. |
