Ingredients:
1/3 cupTeriyaki Baste & Glaze
-- (Kikkoman)
3/4 tspGrated lemon peel
1 1/2 tspLemon juice
6 Chicken breast halves
-- (boneless)
Procedures:
1Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, lemon peel and juice; brush both sides of chicken breasts with mixture.
2Place, side by side, in shallow baking pan, skin side down.
3Bake in 350°F. oven 20 minutes.
4Turn chicken over; brush with remaining baste & glaze mixture.
5Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender.
6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
