Homemade low-fat pizza

Ingredients:
--Crust
1 packDry yeast
1 cupWarm water
1 tspSugar (NOT Sweet'N Low!)
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspSalt, lite (optional)
--Basic Sauce
1 canSpaghetti Sauce, 26oz/fatfree
1 canTomato paste 6 oz.
1/2 lbsGround turkey, cooked, drained
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspDried basil
1/4 tspDried oregano
1/2 tspDried thyme
--Toppings
1 canMushroom stems & pcs. 8 oz.
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
1/4 cupGreen pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cupMozzarella cheese, non-fat
1/4 cupParmesan Cheese, fat-free
Procedures:
1Crust: dissolve yeast in ?cup warm water, add sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
2Add remaining water, flour, and salt and beat very well until dough is completely smooth.
3Dough will be sticky but no kneading is required.
4Place dough in a bowl sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
5Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
6Divide dough in half and let stand 10 minutes.
7Dough will be very elastic.
8Roll out into two 8 inch circles.
9To top: place crust dough on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
10Spoon sauce mixture on top of the two crusts.
11Top with any combination of the above choices
