Ingredients:

| cup | HONEY | | 1
| tbsp | MUSTARD, PREPARED | | 1
| tsp | CURRY POWDER | | 1/4
| cup | BUTTER |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 3500°F. | | 2 | In a 9" x 13" x 2" pan, melt the butter; add honey, mustard, curry powder and mix all well. | | 3 | Coat the chicken on both sides with the honey mixture in the pan. | | 4 | Place the chicken pieces in the pan, skin side down, bake one half hour on each side. | | 5 | Baste occsionally. | | 6 | Serve with rice and or a vegetable |
