Ingredients:
| 6
| each | Chicken breast halves | | 1/2
| can | Flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Honey | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | Wash and drain the chicken. | | 3 | Combine flour and pepper in a paper bag, then add chicken pieces. | | 4 | Shake to coat well. | | 5 | In a small saucepan, melt butter. | | 6 | Pout half of it into a 9x13-inch shallow baking dish. | | 7 | Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with butter, then leave skin-side down. | | 8 | Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. | | 9 | To the butter remaining in saucepan, add rest of ingredients. | | 10 | Warm, blending with a whisk. | | 11 | At end of 30 minutes, turn chicken and pour honey mixture over top. | | 12 | Bake another 30 minutes, basting several times with sauce. | | 13 | Good with this: rice cooked in chicken broth then finished with sweet butter and a goodly amount of chopped chives or parsley, plus simply dressed sliced tomatoes, and yellow squash and sweet corn |
