Honey-dijon beef stir-fry

Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef round tip steaks, cut
-1/8 to ?inch thick
3 cup(12 oz.) Frozen French fried
-potatoes
X Vegetable cooking spray
1 ea Red onion, cut lengthwise
-into thin wedges
1 ea Red *or* green bell pepper
-cut into thin strips
1/4 tspSalt (optional)
1/3 cupPrepared honey-dijon
-barbecue sauce
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 30 minutes Prepare potatoes according to package; keep warm.
2Meanwhile stack beef steaks; cut lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1-inch wide strips.
3Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot.
4Add beef (?at a time) and stir-fry 1 minute or until outside surface is no longer pink.
5(do not overcook).
6Remove from skillet; season with salt, if desired.
7In same skillet, add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
8Return beef to skillet.
9Add barbecue sauce; heat through.
10Spoon mixture over potatoes; serve immediately.
