| cup | (12 oz.) Frozen French fried | | | -potatoes | | | X Vegetable cooking spray | | | 1 ea Red onion, cut lengthwise | | | -into thin wedges | | | 1 ea Red *or* green bell pepper | | | -cut into thin strips | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt (optional) | | 1/3
| cup | Prepared honey-dijon | | | -barbecue sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 30 minutes Prepare potatoes according to package; keep warm. | | 2 | Meanwhile stack beef steaks; cut lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1-inch wide strips. | | 3 | Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot. | | 4 | Add beef (?at a time) and stir-fry 1 minute or until outside surface is no longer pink. | | 5 | (do not overcook). | | 6 | Remove from skillet; season with salt, if desired. | | 7 | In same skillet, add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. | | 8 | Return beef to skillet. | | 9 | Add barbecue sauce; heat through. | | 10 | Spoon mixture over potatoes; serve immediately. | | 11 | Makes 4 servings. |
