| lbs | BROILER, FRYER, CHICKEN | | 1/4
| cup | BUTTER | | 1/4
| cup | HONEY | | 1/2
| tsp | CINNAMON | | 1/4
| tsp | BLACK PEPPER | | 1
| tsp | SALT | | 3
| tbsp | LEMON JUICE | | 1
| x | HONEY RICE DRESSING |

Procedures:
| 1 | Note: you can use small fryer chickens or rock cornish game hens. | | 2 | Preheat oven to 350 °F. | | 3 | Cut each chicken or game hen in half. | | 4 | In a skillet, melt butter. | | 5 | Stir in honey, cinnamon, pepper, salt and lemon juice; heat to boiling. | | 6 | Place chicken halves, cut side up on rack in shallow baking pan and brush with glaze. | | 7 | Bake for 20 minutes, brush again with glaze, bake for 40 minutes more. | | 8 | Baste with glaze several times during the last 15 minutes of baking |
