Ingredients:
| | 1 ea Instant mashed potato puffs | | 1/4
| cup | Sweet relish, drained | | 2
| tbsp | Mayonnaise | | 1
| tbsp | Instant minced onion | | 6
| tsp | Prepared mustard |

Procedures:
| 1 | 4-6 ea frankfurters heat oven to 350. | | 2 | Prepare potato puffs for 4 servings as directed on package. | | 3 | Stir in pickle relish,mayonnaise,onion and mustard. | | 4 | Spoon into ungreased 1 quart casserole. | | 5 | Cut each frankfurter lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise in half. | | 6 | Insert frankfurter pieces upright around edge of mashed potatoes. | | 7 | Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes. | | 8 | Enjoy, jeannie |
