Hot crab with vegetables

Ingredients:
6 eachMedium tomatoes, skin/peel
1 cupEvaporated skim milk
2 tbspMargerine
2 tbspLemon juice
1/8 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
16 ozImitation Crab
1/4 lbsMushrooms
1/2 cupFrozen peas
1/2 cupSpiral vegetable pasta
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Cook tomatoes for 5 min. add milk and margarine, and cook for 10 minutes.
2Add next four ingredients.
3Stir in crabl and remove from heat.
4Meanwhile, steam mushrooms and peas.
5Cook pasta for 8 minutes in boiling water; drain.
6Mix crab sauce with pasta and vegetables in large serving bowl.
7Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
