| lbs | Fresh mushrooms, sliced | | 3/4

| tbsp | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat. | | 2 | Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned. | | 3 | Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes. | | 4 | Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes. | | 5 | Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes. | | 6 | Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables. | | 7 | Serve immediately. |
