Ingredients:
2 tbspOil
2 eachGreen onions, chopped
1 tspGarlic, chopped
1 eachGreen chilies, chopped
1 tbspSalted black beans
1 lbsBean curd, cubed
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspBrown sugar
1/2 cupStock
1 tspCornstarch dissolved in 1
-- tb water
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds.
2Add salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden.
3Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens.
4Serve hot over noodles or fried rice.
