Hot stuffed avocado

Ingredients:
4 largeAvocados (peel and halve)
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/5 tbspGarlic powder
1/4 cupButter or Margarine
2 tbspGreen onion (chopped)
1/2 tbspCelery salt
1/5 tbspCayenne pepper
1/4 cupFlour
2 cupLight cream
2 cupChicken (cooked & minced)
1 cupSharp Cheddar (grated)
Procedures:
1Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color.
2Put in large baking pan.
3Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder.
4Melt butter; add green onions, celery salt and pepper.
5Cook 5 minutes.
6Blend in flour.
7Add cream.
8Cook while stirring until thickened.
9Fold in chicken and ?cup cheese.
10Bake avocados at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
11Remove to serving plates.
12Ladle filling over avocados.
13Top with remaining cheese
