Ingredients:
| 4
| large | Avocados (peel and halve) | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/5
| tbsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4
| cup | Butter or Margarine | | 2
| tbsp | Green onion (chopped) | | 1/2
| tbsp | Celery salt | | 1/5
| tbsp | Cayenne pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 2
| cup | Light cream | | 2
| cup | Chicken (cooked & minced) | | 1
| cup | Sharp Cheddar (grated) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color. | | 2 | Put in large baking pan. | | 3 | Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. | | 4 | Melt butter; add green onions, celery salt and pepper. | | 5 | Cook 5 minutes. | | 6 | Blend in flour. | | 7 | Add cream. | | 8 | Cook while stirring until thickened. | | 9 | Fold in chicken and ?cup cheese. | | 10 | Bake avocados at 350 °F for 15 minutes. | | 11 | Remove to serving plates. | | 12 | Ladle filling over avocados. | | 13 | Top with remaining cheese |
