Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 1/4 ozTaco seasoning mix
4 ozGreen chiles
Drained, seeded and chopped
1 cupShredded Monterey Jack
Cheese
(about 4 ounces)
1 1/4 cupMilk
3/4 cupBisquick?baking mix
3 Eggs
1/8 tspRed pepper sauce
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ?inches.
3Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
4Stir in seasoning mix spread beef mixture in pie plate.
5Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
6Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or l minute with hand beater.
7Pour into pie plate.
8Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out cleans 25 to 30 minutes.
9Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
10Refrigerate any remaining pie.
