Impossible tuna pie

Ingredients:
6 1/2 ozTuna, drained
1 cupSharp Am. Cheese, shredded
3 ozCream cheese, cut up
1/4 cupGreen onions, sliced
2 ozPimiento, chopped, drained
2 cupMilk
1 cupBisquick
4 Eggs
3/4 tspSalt
1 dashNutmeg
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 400.
2Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ?.
3Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate.
4Beat trmaining ingred. 15 sec.
5In blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
6Pour into plate.
7Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35-40 minutes.
8Cool 5 minutes.
9Serve with sliced tomatoes.
10Serves 6-Variations: seafood pie: substitute 1 pkg (6 oz).
11Frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed, drained, for the tuna.
12High altitude: bake 45-50 minutes. ~-
