Ingredients:
| 6 1/2
| oz | Tuna, drained | | 1
| cup | Sharp Am. Cheese, shredded | | 3
| oz | Cream cheese, cut up | | 1/4
| cup | Green onions, sliced | | 2
| oz | Pimiento, chopped, drained | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| cup | Bisquick | | 4
| | Eggs | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| dash | Nutmeg |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 400. | | 2 | Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ?. | | 3 | Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate. | | 4 | Beat trmaining ingred. 15 sec. | | 5 | In blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. | | 6 | Pour into plate. | | 7 | Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. | | 8 | Cool 5 minutes. | | 9 | Serve with sliced tomatoes. | | 10 | Serves 6-Variations: seafood pie: substitute 1 pkg (6 oz). | | 11 | Frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed, drained, for the tuna. | | 12 | High altitude: bake 45-50 minutes. ~- |
