Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 42Grease pie plate, 10 inch. | | 2 | Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. | | 3 | Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 sec. | | 4 | In blender on high speed or 1 min. with hand beater. | | 5 | Pour into pie plate. | | 6 | Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.. | | 7 | Cool 10 minutes. | | 8 | Serve with sour cream and quacamole. ~- |
