Beef stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef tenderloin or sirloin
- steak
1/4 cupButter or margarine
1 canSliced mushrooms, drained
- (6 ounces)
2 canCondensed beef broth
- (bouillon)
1/3 cupInstant minced onion
1/4 cupCatsup
1 1/2 tspGarlic salt
1/3 cupGold Medal flour
2 cupDairy sour cream
8 ozMedium noodles
3 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Cut meat across the grain into ?inch slices, then into strips 3x?inch.
2Melt ?cup butter in a large skiller.
3Cook and stir mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes, remove mushrooms.
4In same skillet, brown meat.
5Reserving 2/3 cup of broth, stir in remaining broth, the onion, catsup and garlic salt.
6Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
7Blend reserved broth and the flour; stir into meat.
8Add mushrooms; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
9Boil and stir 1 minute.
10Stir in sour cream, heat through.
11Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
12Toss with 3 tbs.
13Butter.
14Serve with stroganoff
