Ingredients:
1 lbsLEAN GROUND BEEF
1/3 cupGREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
3/4 cupWATER
6 ozTOMATO PASTE
1 1/2 ozSPAGHETTI SAUCE MIX PACKAGE
1 PIE CRUST SHELL
1/3 cupPARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED
1 1/2 cupMOZZARELLA CHEESE, GRATED
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Brown beef in large skillet.
3Drain.
4Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
5Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.
6Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
7Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over bottom of pie shelll.
8Spread half meat mixture in pie shell.
9Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over meat.
10Layer remaining meatand parmesean cheese.
11Bake on cookie shet 15 minutes.
12Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
13Return to oven until cheese melts and is brown. serves
