| cup | GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED | | 3/4
| cup | WATER | | 6
| oz | TOMATO PASTE | | 1 1/2
| oz | SPAGHETTI SAUCE MIX PACKAGE | | 1
| | PIE CRUST SHELL | | 1/3
| cup | PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED | | 1 1/2
| cup | MOZZARELLA CHEESE, GRATED |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. | | 2 | Brown beef in large skillet. | | 3 | Drain. | | 4 | Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes. | | 5 | Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix. | | 6 | Cover and simmer 10 minutes. | | 7 | Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over bottom of pie shelll. | | 8 | Spread half meat mixture in pie shell. | | 9 | Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over meat. | | 10 | Layer remaining meatand parmesean cheese. | | 11 | Bake on cookie shet 15 minutes. | | 12 | Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese. | | 13 | Return to oven until cheese melts and is brown. serves |
