Ingredients:
1 eachFresh Trout
1 eachLarge onion, chopped fine
8 ozCan tomato sauce
2 eachStalks celery, chopped fine
3 tbspOregano
1/4 cupOlive oil
Procedures:
1In a large frying pan, mix oil, celery, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
2Saute for 5 minutes.
3Add sauce.
4Simmer for 10 minutes or until thick.
5Add trout.
6Turn over after 4 minutes.
7Cook 12 more minutes or until done
