Ingredients:

| cup | Uncooked long-grain rice | | 1/2
| lbs | Lean ground beef | | 1
| tsp | Cajun seasoning | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8
| tsp | Freshly ground black pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Grated carrot (about 1) | | 1/4
| cup | Finely chopped onion | | 1/2
| cup | Coarsely chopped mushrooms | | 2
| tbsp | Green or red pepper, diced | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
