Ingredients:

| large | Whole kale leaves, washed | | | -and trimmed | | | Dash lemon juice | | | Dash garlic powder | | 2
| tbsp | Dijon or spicy brown mustard | | 1
| | Whole wheat pita bread |

Procedures:
