Ingredients:
2 cupKasha
4 cupWater
2 tbspOil
5 largeOnions, diced
2 eachCarrots, diced
2 eachCelery stalks, diced
3 eachGalric cloves, chopped
1/2 cupTamari
1/2 tspParsley
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspBasil
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspCayenne
3 tbspTahini
Procedures:
1In a large pot, bring water to a boil & add kasha: cook for 15 to 20 minutes, till soft.
2Heat oil in a skillet & add the chopped vegetables.
3Saute for 7 minutes till soft.
4Mix kasha & add to the vegetables.
5Add seasonings, using more if necesary.
6Add tahini & cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
