Ingredients:

| | Chopped onion | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | All-purpose flour | | 1 1/4
| cup | Cooked, diced ham | | 1
| cup | Cooked diced carrots | | 1/2
| cup | Cooked peas | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried thyme |

Procedures:
| 1 | In skillet, cook onion in butter until softened. | | 2 | Stir in flour and cook 1 min. gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring until thickened. | | 3 | Remove from heat; stir in ham, carrots, peas and thyme. | | 4 | Transfer to deep pie plate or shallow casserole. | | 5 | Mix 12 tea biscuits from your favourite mix and arrange on top. | | 6 | Bake in 450f (230c) oven for 10 - 12 min. or until biscuits are golden brown. |
