| large | Fresh portobello mushrooms | | | -stems removed and cleaned | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 5
| | Garlic cloves, finely | | | -chopped | | | Pn Salt | | | Pn Freshly ground black pepper | | | Pn Oregano | | | Chopped parsley for garnish |

Procedures:
