Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef, good steak or roast | | 4
| cup | Rice, uncooked | | 2
| tsp | Beef bouillion | | 1
| small | Onion, chopped | | 1
| each | Can garbanzo beans | | 1/2
| tsp | Allspice | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder | | | 2 ea Potatoes, peeled & diced | | 1/4
| cup | Vegetable oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dice beef in small cubes. | | 2 | In large stock pot, sautee beef and onions until beef is half cooked. | | 3 | Stir in potatoes, spices, and drained garbanzo beans. | | 4 | Add boullion, and cook for a few minutes. | | 5 | Add dry rice and 8 cups water. | | 6 | Stir well. | | 7 | Allow to come to a boil. | | 8 | Cover and reduce heat. | | 9 | Cook until rice is tender. | | 10 | (30-45 minutes) |
