Ingredients:
1 canCondensed
25 mlWater
350 gramsSugar
2 Cardamoms
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Dissolve the condensed milk and water over a low heat.
2Add the sugar and continue to stir constantly until the mixture starts to crystallise and leave the sides of the pan.
3Crush the cardamoms.
4Pour the vanilla essence into the pan, add the cardamoms and mix well.
5Spread the mixture on a buttered dish, into small diamond or square shapes and separate when cool
