Ingredients:
250 gramsRice
250 mlWater
375 mlThick coconut milk
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Wash the rice and place in a pan with the water.
2Bring to the boil and simmer until rice is soft.
3Add the coconut milk and the salt and mix well with a wooden spoon.
4Gover the pan and simmer over a low flame until the milk is absorbed.
5Place the rice on a shallow serving dish and flatten smooth.
6Cut into diamond or square shapes
