Ingredients:

| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| cup | Dry sherry | | 1
| cup | A-1 Steak sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 3
| tbsp | Water | | 24
| | Oysters |

Procedures:
| 1 | Salt & pepper in medium saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, sherry, and steak sauce. | | 2 | Cook over low heat. | | 3 | Blend flour and water together. | | 4 | Slowly stir into sauce being careful not to let boil. | | 5 | Add oysters to sauce and heat for 1 minute. | | 6 | Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and pepper. | | 7 | Transfer to chafing dish to keep warm. | | 8 | If oysters are to be eaten immediately they can be placed in a shallow baking or serving dish |
