King arthur's oysters

Ingredients:
2 tbspButter, melted
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/2 cupDry sherry
1 cupA-1 Steak sauce
2 tbspFlour
3 tbspWater
24 Oysters
Procedures:
1Salt & pepper in medium saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, sherry, and steak sauce.
2Cook over low heat.
3Blend flour and water together.
4Slowly stir into sauce being careful not to let boil.
5Add oysters to sauce and heat for 1 minute.
6Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and pepper.
7Transfer to chafing dish to keep warm.
8If oysters are to be eaten immediately they can be placed in a shallow baking or serving dish
