Lasagna roll

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsItalian sausage
1/4 cupChopped onion
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cupCottage or ricotta cheese
2 tbspGrated parmesan cheese
4 Lasagna noodles, cooked
1 can8 oz pizza sauce
1 tbspWater or dry red wine
1/4 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
Procedures:
1Crumble sausage into a skillet.
2Stir in onion, and cook until sausage is done and onion is tender.
3Drain fat.
4Stir in egg, cottage(ricotta) cheese, and parmesan cheese.
5Mix well.
6Spread the mixture evenly on each of the cooked lasagna rolls.
7Roll (like a jelly roll).
8Place seam side down in a small baking dish.
9Mix pizza sauce and water together and pour over the lasagna rolls.
10Bake until heated thoroughly.
11Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
