Ingredients:

| small | Onion, diced | | 1
| tbsp | Peanut oil | | 1
| med | Tomato, sliced thin | | | 2 ea Jalapeno peppers, roasted | | | -- seeded & minced | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut butter | | 1
| cup | Boiling water | | 2
| tsp | Arrowroot | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a skillet, fry onion in peanut oil. | | 2 | Add tomato & jalapeno & cook 10 minutes, till soft. | | 3 | In a bowl, stir peanut butter, water & arrowroot into a smooth paste. | | 4 | Add peanut paste to skillet. | | 5 | Sprinkle with pepper. | | 6 | Makes 1 cup. | | 7 | Serve drizzled over teff cakes. | | 8 | Will keep in fridge for 1 week |
