Layered rice casserole

Ingredients:
5 cupBrown rice, cooked
1 cupWhite beans, cooked
2 cupCorn kernels, frozen
2 cupTomatoes, canned, broken up
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbspTamari, low sodium
1 tspThyme
6 ozTomato paste
1/3 cupVegetable broth
Paprika
Procedures:
1Saute the onion and garlic in ?cup broth.
2Combine with the beans, corn, tomatoes, tamari, and thyme.
3Combine the tomato paste and ?cup water.
4In a casserole dish, layer 2 ?cups rice on the bottom, then the bean vegetable mixture, then the tomato paste mixture.
5Cover with the remaining 2 ?cups of rice.
6Sprinkle with paprika.
7Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes, covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes
