Ingredients:

| oz | Frozen Lemonade Concentrate | | 1
| cup | Water | | 2 1/2
| lbs | Fryer, Cut up | | 1/4
| cup | Flour, Unbleached | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Black Pepper, Ground | | 1
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | 2
| tbsp | Butter, Melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 °F. | | 2 | Mix lemonade concentrate and water in a small bowl. | | 3 | Pour over chicken in larger bowl. | | 4 | Refrigerate 2 hours or longer. | | 5 | Drain chicken and reserve liquid. | | 6 | Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in a small paper bag. | | 7 | Add well drained chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat evenly. | | 8 | Heat oil in large skillet over moderate heat. | | 9 | Add floured chicken; cook until evenly browned, turning pieces over carefully. | | 10 | Remove chicken and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. | | 11 | Brush chicken with melted butter. | | 12 | Add reserved lemonade. | | 13 | Bake uncovered about 1 hour, basting chicken with lemonade from pan every 15 minutes. | | 14 | About 15 minutes befre chicken is done, drain off excess juice from pan. serve hot |
