Lemonade fried chicken

Ingredients:
6 ozFrozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 cupWater
2 1/2 lbsFryer, Cut up
1/4 cupFlour, Unbleached
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack Pepper, Ground
1 cupVegetable Oil
2 tbspButter, Melted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2Mix lemonade concentrate and water in a small bowl.
3Pour over chicken in larger bowl.
4Refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
5Drain chicken and reserve liquid.
6Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in a small paper bag.
7Add well drained chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat evenly.
8Heat oil in large skillet over moderate heat.
9Add floured chicken; cook until evenly browned, turning pieces over carefully.
10Remove chicken and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
11Brush chicken with melted butter.
12Add reserved lemonade.
13Bake uncovered about 1 hour, basting chicken with lemonade from pan every 15 minutes.
14About 15 minutes befre chicken is done, drain off excess juice from pan. serve hot
